My husband and I have been going to Dr. Adkins for YEARS and were worried about transitioning to a new dentist when he retired. We even thought about finding a new dentist closer to home since we no longer live in Plano. I have to say - I am so glad that we decided to stay! Dr. Rudy and his staff have been FANTASTIC! They are kind, patient, organized, and meticulous with their work (from regular cleaning to a crown!). The front staff are very organized and always greet me with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Rudy and his staff for all of your dentistry needs.
My family have been coming to Dr. Adkins for over 25 years. We have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. Now that I have been treated by Dr. Ruddy and his staff, the service of care is also top notch. He is gentle and very knowledgeable with the best type of care I need.. never pushy. I had several teeth (top and bottom) capped. Procedure and operation was conducted in a most professional way by both Doctor Rudy and staff. I also have had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Syeda and Christina. They were very professional and a credit to the organization. The office staff treated me very well and answered all my questions. Thank you, Karina. All of you made it a pleasure to have my teeth worked on. Doctor Rudy, you have a great staff and wonderful office culture.
The entire staff is super friendly and personable! Often they remembered who I was from previous visits. Dr. Rudy is very knowledgeable and gives multiple options and recommendations based on the individual.
